Cancel Order Policy

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing us at  support@dogsgoneroar.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

I have not received my order yet. Can I cancel it and get a full refund?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Shipped orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Please contact us if you need assistance with a return.

I mistakenly put an incorrect shipping address. Can I cancel the order?
It is case-to-case basis. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
